Shipping

After placing your bedwetting alarm or other product with Dryly®, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order can be shipped to an address of your choice (home, work, etc.). It is not possible to have your order delivered to a pickup point. Your package will be delivered by a parcel carrier.

 

Shipping costs

The cost for shipping is €5 for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders above €50,- in the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free. A standard shipping rate of €9 applies to all other European countries.

Delivery times

Have you placed your order Monday through Friday before 5 p.m.? Then it will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays). Shipping abroad may take longer. Orders in the Netherlands are shipped with DPD.

Track your order

The moment we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains a link to track your package. Didn't receive an e-mail or can't track it? If so, please contact customer service.

I missed the delivery person, now what?

No worries! This can happen, and the delivery service knows it. If you have entered specific delivery preferences with your delivery service, they will follow them. Is this not the case? Then they will most likely deliver your package to a pickup point near you. Alternatively, they can deliver your package to your neighbors, or they might try to deliver it again the next day.

Do you see on your track & trace that the package is returned to us? Please contact our customer service, and we will be happy to help you find a solution!

If you know you are not at home during the delivery time, we also recommend that you set your delivery preferences for our package via the track & trace.

 

Order your Dryly® bedwetting alarm

  • Never knew a dryly bedwetting alarm would be a godsend! An alarm clock in the shape of a soft toy and no one sees that you have a bedwetting alarm in your room. We ordered a package with 4 underpants was cheaper than loose and then unfortunately No reimbursement from the insurance I thought at first, quite an expense but actually you can strip the money away.

The app works with a reward system which made us enthusiastic to get started. The first nights we got 2-3 reports of accidents every night.

The 2nd week this was different and she did wake up from the alarm and vibration function, but in a wet bed. The 3rd week she woke up immediately from the alarm as soon as there was 1 drop in the pants, this made her stop and go to the toilet.
