Upon receipt, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your unused purchase to Dryly. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Return costs are at your own expense. In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement products to you free of charge.

Possible reason for returns:

Wrong size bottoms

Did you receive an order and find out that the peeing pants don't fit quite right? Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept worn pants. If the Dryly pants are unworn, please contact our customer service team. We will give you a return number and send you the correct size as soon as possible!

Error in order received

Is there something not quite right in the order you received? Did you receive the wrong size Dryly bottoms from us or is something missing? We strive for perfection! Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. If we ask you to return something due to a packing error, we will always refund the shipping cost.

Problem with the Dryly bedwetting alarm

We take pride in our bedwetting alarm and helping children get dry in a fun way. It can always happen that you experience problems with any part of the bedwetting alarm. We are available on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to give you tips for a pleasant experience.

If we come to the conclusion that a part of the bedwetting alarm does not function within the warranty period, we will offer you an exchange. We will gladly receive the defective part back so we can learn to give future users an even better experience. We will reimburse you for shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order then the cost of delivery will not be refunded. In addition, any discount, for example, from a composite package or discount tier may be forfeited.

We will refund you using the same means of payment that you used to make the original transaction, unless you have otherwise agreed on a high exception; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • Never knew a dryly bedwetting alarm would be a godsend! An alarm clock in the shape of a soft toy and no one sees that you have a bedwetting alarm in your room. We ordered a package with 4 underpants was cheaper than loose and then unfortunately No reimbursement from the insurance I thought at first, quite an expense but actually you can strip the money away.

  • Daughter of 5 was wet every night, therefore chose to order the dryly. The first week she did not wake up despite the vibrate function. The 2nd week this was different and she did wake up from the alarm and vibration function, but in a wet bed. The 3rd week she woke up immediately from the alarm as soon as there was 1 drop in the pants, this made her stop and go to the toilet.
