Bedwetting alarm app settings

Download the Dryly bedwetting alarm app
The bedwetting app (mobile application) is available on the App Store and the Google Play Store. Click on the buttons below to download the Dryly® bedwetting app. Once you have downloaded the app and ordered the bedwetting alarm, you can start setting up and using our system.

Dryly bedwetting alarm installed for the first time
Installing the Dryly app takes about three minutes. Here you need the receiver, the transmitter and the Dryly app, which you can download for free from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
This is useful if:
- You could use an extra helping hand to install the Dryly® bedwetting alarm
Notice:
- The receiver only broadcasts the Wizzu WiFi network for the first two minutes it is on!

Roadmap:
Download app and create account
- Download the Dryly® app
- Press "Create an account"
- Enter the name of the child who will use the Dryly® bedwetting alarm and press "Okay"
- Enter your child's date of birth and gender and press "Save"
- Read the text and indicate when you are ready
Connect receiver to your wifi network
- Do you have the Dryly® transmitter, receiver and your Wi-Fi data handy? Press "Check, let's get started"
- Read through the steps calmly
- Turn on the receiver. Is it already on? Turn it off and on again.
- Press "Next Step"
- Press "Connect to Wizzu"
- Is your phone asking if it should connect to "WIZZU"? Press "Connect"
- Wait a while until your phone is properly paired on the Wizzu Wi-Fi network
- Select your home network
- Enter your home network password and press "Ok"
- Wait until everything is set properly
- If the receiver is successfully connected to the Internet, it will indicate "Wizzu is successfully connected"
Connecting transmitter to receiver
- Do you have the Dryly® transmitter and receiver handy? Press "Check, let's get started"
- Hold the transmitter's logo against the receiver's NFC square
- The receiver indicates "Transmitter successfully connected" when connection is made
Wizzu personalization
- Press "Done, now dress wizzu"
- Let your child personalize Wizzu with his/her first points!
Dryly mobile app set to silent
In the Dryly app, you have the option of not receiving an alarm if your child has had an accident. If you check "All app alarms silent," the alarm will no longer go off on the device you are logged in with. Check out the Dryly mobile app settings below to set the app to silent.
This is useful if:
- One of the parents is on night shift;
- Your child goes out of the house with the Dryly® bedwetting alarm;
- Parents are divorced.
Notice:
- Adjusting this setting does not affect the account settings of, for example, your partner whom you have invited to your household in the app.
- It is not possible through the app to turn off the alarm sound of the physical receiver.
Roadmap:
To set your Dryly app to silent, you must complete the following steps:
- Open the Dryly® app
- Press the hamburger menu at the top left
- Go to settings
- Go to "All app alarms silent?"
Do you want to (temporarily) stop receiving alerts? Check it so it turns blue. Do you want to receive the alarm again? Uncheck it so it turns gray.
Delete child in the Dryly® app
In some cases, you may want to remove your child from the Dryly® app. With a few screen presses, you can easily remove a child. Review the Dryly mobile app settings below to remove a child in the Dryly® app.
This is useful if:
- Your child no longer uses the Dryly® bedwetting device
- An additional child was accidentally created
Notice:
- By deleting a child, all history is lost and you can no longer see statistics.
- Once you have removed a child, you cannot undo it.
Roadmap:
To remove a child from the Dryly app, complete the following steps:
- Open the Dryly® app
- Press the hamburger menu at the top left
- Go to Settings
- Go to the heading 'children'
- Press the child you want to delete
- Press 'delete'
- The child disappears from the list and is deleted
Changing child's name in the Dryly® app
It may happen that you accidentally mistyped your child's name when registering. This can easily be changed in the app. Check out the Dryly mobile app settings below to change a child's.
This is useful if:
- There was a typographical error in the child's name
- You accidentally entered the parent's name

Want to change the name of your own (parent) account?
Roadmap:
- Open the Dryly® app
- Press the hamburger menu at the top left
- Go to 'My kids
- Select the child whose name you want to change
- Press 'Change name'
- Enter the correct name
- Press "ok
- You successfully changed the child's name
Change parent's name in the Dryly® app
You may have accidentally mistyped your name when registering. Review the Dryly mobile app settings below to change a parent's name in the Dryly® app.
This is useful if:
- You put a typo in your name
- You accidentally entered your child's name
Notice:
- Want to change a child's name?
Roadmap:
- Open the Dryly mobile app
- Press the hamburger menu at the top left
- Go to 'My account'
- Select the first or last name you wish to change
- Enter the correct first or last name
- Press "Save." (Minimize your keyboard if necessary to see the "Save" button)
- Your first or last name has been changed.
Delete Receiver/Wizzu in the Dryly® app
Sometimes you may wish to remove the receiver from the Dryly mobile app. Review the Dryly mobile app settings below to remove the receiver in the Dryly® app.
This is useful if:
- You want to install the receiver on a new WiFi network.
- If you want to pair a new receiver with your child.
Notice:
- By removing the receiver, you will not receive a message on your smartphone when your child has an accident. The receiver does continue to make an alarm sound if your child has an accident and the receiver is on.
Roadmap:
- Open the Dryly® app
- Press the hamburger menu at the top left
- Go to 'My kids
- Select the child whose name you want to change
- Press 'Change name'
- Enter the correct name
- Press "ok
- You successfully changed the child's name
Invite user in the Dryly® app
It is possible to give another parent, guardian or babysitter (temporary) access to the Dryly mobile app. The new user has insight into the dashboard and receives the alert on the Dryly mobile app when an accident occurs. Check out the Dryly mobile app settings below to invite a user into the Dryly® app.
This is useful if:
- Your child sleeps somewhere else for a night
- A babysitter watching your child for an evening
- There is a situation of divorced parents
Notice:
- The invited user has full insight into the child's dashboard.
- Children from another family already on the account of the user accepting the invitation will be removed!
- You can deny access in "Settings" by setting the slider behind the name to gray.
Here's how to do it:
This process involves two steps. From your logged-in account, you invite the new user. The user must accept the invitation.
Roadmap:
Send invitation
- Open the Dryly mobile app
- Press the hamburger menu at the top left
- Go to 'Manage access' and press 'Invite parent'
- Read the warning carefully and then press 'Ok'
- Enter name and email address
- Do you want to make the user administrator?
- Press 'Send invitation'
Accept invitation
- Download the Dryly mobile app if you haven't already done so
- Create an account
- On your phone with the Dryly mobile app, go to the invitation you received by email and press the link
- Press 'Accept Invitation'
- Your phone asks to open the Dryly mobile app. Press "Open.
- Please read the warning carefully before pressing "Ok. You can only have one family in the app. If you already have another child stored on this account, all this information will be lost.
- Press "Accept.
- To check, you can go to "View Wizzu. If all went well, the child you accepted the invitation for will be listed here!

Change password in the Dryly® app
In the app, we have made it possible to change the password to your Dryly® app account. Check out the Dryly mobile app settings below to change the password in the Dryly® app.
This is useful if:
- You want to update your passwords
Notice:
- Did you create an account through the Facebook feature? Then it is not possible to change your password.
- You cannot change the password of your Dryly® webshop account in the Dryly mobile app. Please change the password of the webshop account.
Roadmap:
- Open the Dryly mobile app
- Press the hamburger menu at the top left
- Go to 'My account'
- Press 'Change Password'
- Enter the new password
- Press "ok
- You have successfully changed your password
Giving Dryly® app permission in iOS for alarms/notifications
The Dryly® app is especially useful because you get a notification on your phone as soon as an accident occurs. It can sometimes happen that you accidentally set the Dryly® app not to send push notifications. We'll show you how to fix this here.
This is useful if:
- The receiver does go off and connect to the Internet, but you do not receive a message on your phone.
Notice:
- In settings, check that you haven't simply set the alarm to "silent
Roadmap:
- Go to settings
- Press "Messaging"
- Find the Dryly® app in the list
- Select "Allow messaging"
